Yoga for Trauma teacher since 2009, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner since 2018
Rather than working one-on-one, my preference is to teach movement practices that promote health and regulation based on Chinese Medicine, Tai Chi and Qi Gong and to teach gentle somatics (seated on chairs or standing) also in groups on zoom. I've been offering a free weekly Qi Gong practice online since 2019
